Our co-ordinators are responsible for specific aspects of our
projects within a country, such as for the medical or logistical
components. A project co-ordinator is responsible for the
management of one specific project's activities. Our Heads of
Mission (country managers) are responsible for all projects in a
country or specific crisis area as well as for external and
internal communication about our work and determining what advocacy
policy is needed to speak out on the injustices witnessed by our
staff.
Essential assets: previous work experience with Médecins Sans
Frontières (MSF) or similar experience with an international
non-governmental organisation (NGO). Job-specific, internal
training courses will be provided by MSF as needed.
