You have successfully sent your application! Now what?
We will review your application, focusing on your training and education, relevant skills, experience and motivation. We will mostly assess if you have what it takes to be an aid worker in unstable conflict or disaster areas.
Interview at headquarters
Do we think you have the necessary skills and experience to join MSF? Then we will invite you for an interview at our temporarily office in Amsterdam (Naritaweg 10) in order to get a better idea of your expectations, ambitions and talents. An online personality assessment is part of the interview, and we will discuss the results of this assessment together. For some job profiles, we will also ask you to do a (technical) skills test or case study. Finally, we may also ask you to give us two references, so make sure you bring contact details with you. The entire interview will take at least 1.5 hours.
